Julie Kaminski, MA, NBC-HWC
I’m a Charleston Maker because I create experiences and frameworks that help people live with more intention, especially in seasons of change.
As a board-certified health coach and creator of the SAVOR Method, I design practical, structured ways to help people build a thriving mind and body. My work translates the science of well-being into something people can actually use in their daily lives. I often say, thriving isn’t accidental; it’s intentional.
In Charleston, that work comes to life through connection. I teach mind–body programming at Form, work with clients at Longevity Club, sponsor local events like the Charleston Parks Conservancy, and am launching the SAVOR Society, where women gather in living rooms and shared spaces for real conversations about what it means to thrive.
Charleston’s beauty, rhythm, and ease of connection naturally support this work—creating the conditions for people to slow down, reflect, and reconnect with themselves and each other.
I’m committed to helping people thrive in mind and body, and to building a culture where thriving isn’t something we hope for, but something we intentionally create.
