Hi! I’m Callie, the maker behind Sunny Ceramics. I create small-batch pottery from my home studio on Johns Island, where the salt marsh, ocean light, and natural beauty of the lowcountry inspires everything I make. Originally from Rock Hill, SC, I grew up coming to Seabrook & Johns Island throughout my life and I am thrilled to finally call this place home. I started pottery as a way to slow down and reconnect with my hands during a busy chapter of motherhood and running a 6-figure creative design agency. Over time, it became a practice of presence and a way to turn simple, everyday objects into reminders to pause, breathe, and appreciate the beauty that is right in front of us.
