Founded in the winter of 2021, our journey began after 14 years of service with the Charleston Fire Department. Following the profound weight of tragedies like the Mother Emmanuel church tragedy and a subsequent diagnosis of complex PTSD, I knew it was time to step away to focus on healing, wellness, and a less stressful path. With the unwavering love and encouragement of my wife, Sophie, we took a bold leap of faith, embraced our new chapter as business owners, and set out to pour pure joy into our community.

Now celebrating our fifth year, we’ve proudly become a vibrant staple of the Charleston dessert landscape. From timeless favorites like **Blue Raspberry**, **Tiger’s Blood**, and **Piña Colada** to inventive, crowd-pleasing creations developed over the past year—like our cold brew-based **Narwhal-Latte** and our refreshingly simple **Narwhal’s Naturals** made with freshly squeezed citrus, real fruit, pure sugar, and water—every single scoop is designed to make you smile.
