Robin Hippel

Years following my first introduction to the city of Charleston over 45 years ago, I and my husband, a stained glass artist, moved to the area in 2021 to enjoy its beauty, culture, history, southern charm and coastal areas. I am thriving here as a member of the community sharing in the arts and teaching pottery to its citizens from ages 6 to 17 and adults 18 and over.
I encourage them to enjoy the environments in which they live by using various local forms of imagery to inspire their creativity with clay or whichever medium they use regularly. When I meet people visiting the city at the Charleston Craft Gallery where I am a year long member, I always share my love and knowledge of the area to enhance their experience.
